Kia of Vacaville is looking for a Retail Parts Counterperson to join our team in Vacaville, CA. We’re seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional who understands the importance of accurate parts identification, excellent service, and getting customers the right parts when they need them.

If you have automotive parts experience, enjoy working with people, and take pride in being organized and knowledgeable, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Assist retail customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
• Identify parts using catalogs, manufacturer systems, VIN information, and electronic parts systems
• Answer parts inquiries in person and by phone
• Prepare parts quotes and process customer orders
• Maintain accurate parts records and invoices
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts
• Maintain an organized and professional parts counter and retail area
• Coordinate with the Service Department and Technicians when necessary
• Follow up on special orders and customer requests
• Process returns and warranty-related parts transactions according to dealership policies
• Stay current on Kia parts, accessories, and product information
• Help maintain accurate inventory and minimize lost or incorrectly ordered parts

Previous automotive parts experience is preferred. Kia or other dealership parts experience is a plus, but we’re willing to consider candidates with strong automotive parts knowledge and the right attitude.
