Mazda of Vacaville, part of the Wise Auto Group has IMMEDIATE openings for a Sales Manager to work and thrive in our dealership.

As a Sales Manager, you will work with our sales department to manage our CRM and convert leads into deals.  CRM drive, the willingness to win and grow a department is a must!!! We have a huge and diverse inventory of cars with a brand that is growing year over year in sales! This position will work closely with sales department to ensure that our valued client’s expectations are understood and exceeded. This is a result driven position that has the opportunity to transition to General Sales Manager and higher position. Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Experience providing quality customer service
  • CRM management is a must
  • Able to hold a sales department responsible for closing ratios
  • Ability to plan and organize your own daily selling activity to secure new business
  • Team player
  • Personality with character and integrity
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Proficiency in computer software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous sales experience is a MUST
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic. We are looking for someone that wants to show up on time and ready to work and make money! 
  • Make out-bound calls to potential customers to solicit appointments
