We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Parts Manager to lead the parts department at our busy automotive dealership in Vacaville, CA. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong inventory management skills, dealership experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the dealership parts department
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and obsolescence control
  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors
  • Ensure accurate pricing, receiving, and inventory reconciliation
  • Lead, coach, and develop parts department staff
  • Work closely with service and sales departments to support dealership operations
  • Monitor departmental performance, gross profit, and expense controls
  • Ensure excellent customer service for retail and wholesale clients
  • Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of automotive parts management experience in a dealership environment
  • Strong knowledge of OEM parts operations and inventory systems
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with dealership management software 
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to analyze reports and drive departmental profitability
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation

$72,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. Bonus opportunities available.
