- Buying vehicles we supply over 200 leads per month
- Assisting sales desk with customer trade inquiries including off-contract purchases / lease end of the term purchases / service customer selling their vehicle purchases.
- Finalizing all the purchase paperwork with the customers and collecting all the required documents to complete the purchase.
- Proficient with using DMS / CRM and other online tools to help with buying vehicles.
- Experience with CRM and DMS a plus, but not necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Solid attention to detail skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude, and demeanor.
- Ability to learn new technology and systems.
- Team player.
