Job Description: As a Finance Manager at Vallejo CDJR, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, helping them secure the best possible options, and ensuring the dealership's financial success. This role requires an individual with experience in special finance, who is knowledgeable about working with customers with varying credit histories and can offer creative financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions to provide customers with a wide array of financing options.
• Review credit applications, assess creditworthiness, and recommend financing solutions that best meet the customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
• Assist customers in understanding their financing options, including leasing, loans, and extended warranty options.
• Negotiate and close finance deals in compliance with all legal and dealership policies.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the financing process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, lender programs, and special finance options.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry, with a focus on special finance.
• Strong understanding of the financing process, credit reports, and the various financing options available to customers.
• Ability to work with subprime customers and secure special financing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and financial tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
