Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in special financing and bank programs, hands-on experience with CRM systems (specifically Vinsolutions), and a strong ability to lead and inspire a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department, ensuring smooth workflow and team productivity.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and customer retention.
- Work closely with financial institutions and manage special financing programs to provide tailored solutions for customers.
- Stay current with all available bank programs, manufacturer incentives, and financing options to provide the best opportunities for customers.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships through the CRM system (Vinsolutions), ensuring accurate records and follow-up communication.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and team success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in special financing and bank programs.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Vinsolutions, with a track record of utilizing CRM to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
