We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our growing dealership team in Vacaville, CA. The ideal candidate will have dealership parts experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional support to service technicians, wholesale customers, and retail clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts inquiries and orders
• Accurately identify automotive parts using catalogs and dealership software
• Maintain proper inventory control and stocking procedures
• Process invoices, payments, credits, and returns
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts delivery
• Receive and stock incoming parts shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
• Support departmental goals for sales and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience required; dealership experience preferred
• Knowledge of OEM automotive parts and accessories
• Experience with dealership management systems- Dealertrack preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
