Position: Sales Manager - Motorcycle Sales and Finance

Do you have a passion for motorcycles and leadership experience? Harley-Davidson of Yuba City is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee our Motorcycle Sales and Finance operations. In this role, you’ll lead a team of sales professionals, drive sales performance, and ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience in both purchasing their motorcycles and financing their dream ride.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales and leadership roles, with a focus on automotive or powersports sales.
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycle products, the Harley-Davidson brand, and the finance process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and build strong customer relationships.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a strong desire to meet and exceed customer needs and sales goals.
  • Ability to manage and track sales and finance reports, ensuring the team hits targets.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and an ability to foster a supportive, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and be eligible for insurance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the motorcycle sales and finance team, ensuring a seamless customer experience from the initial consultation to final sale and financing.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of motorcycle sales, including customer consultations, inventory management, and financing options.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, present suitable motorcycle options, and ensure financing solutions align with their budget.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and events to drive business growth.
  • Manage daily operations of the finance department, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Analyze sales and finance performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including service and parts, to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
