Job Description: The Owner Loyalty Manager is responsible for enhancing customer retention and loyalty by creating positive experiences for our valued customers. This role involves managing customer relationships, developing loyalty programs, and implementing strategies to ensure our customers remain engaged and satisfied throughout their ownership journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Implement and manage loyalty programs, incentives, and customer appreciation initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to enhance the customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and present reports on customer satisfaction, loyalty metrics, and program effectiveness.
Coordinate and host customer events and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and create a positive, memorable experience.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license.
