🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Handle check runs, direct pays, and approvals
• Maintain vendor files (W9s, insurance, 1099 setup)
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments daily
• Assist with month-end reports and schedules
• Keep records clean, organized, and audit-ready

✅ What You Need:

• AP or accounting experience (dealership experience = BIG PLUS)
• Strong attention to detail — no shortcuts
• Excel and basic accounting systems knowledge
