Automotive Sales Product Specialist
Pay is 17$an hour plus commissions. Must be available weekends.
1. Product Knowledge & Demonstration
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all new and used vehicle inventory (features, trims, pricing, warranties, incentives).
Stay updated on manufacturer changes, new releases, and competitor vehicles.
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
Explain technology features (infotainment, driver-assist systems, safety features).
2. Customer Engagement
Greet customers in person, online, or by phone.
Identify customer needs through questions and consultation.
Match customers with vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.
3. Sales Process Management
Present pricing, financing options, and leasing programs.
Work with the finance department to finalize deals.
Assist with trade-in evaluations.
Follow dealership sales procedures and compliance guidelines.
4. Lead Follow-Up & Prospecting
Respond to internet and phone inquiries promptly.
Use CRM software to track leads and customer interactions.
Generate referrals and maintain a personal client base.
5. Administrative & Operational Tasks
Complete sales paperwork accurately.
Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain ownership features at delivery.
Ensure customer satisfaction surveys are completed.
6. Performance & Goals
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Participate in ongoing sales and product training.
