At Harley-Davidson, we’re looking for a motivated, reliable team player to join our Service Department. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced technicians, learn the business from the ground up, and build a path toward becoming a Harley-Davidson Technician.

What You’ll Do

• Move motorcycles safely throughout the service department and lot
• Assist technicians with basic support tasks
• Wash, detail, and prep bikes for delivery
• Keep the shop and lot clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Help with unit check-in and staging
• Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running fast and smooth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and on time—no exceptions
• Comfortable working around motorcycles (riding experience is a plus, not required)
• Ability to lift and maneuver motorcycles (with proper training)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and grow in the industry

Compensation

• $18–$22/hour (based on attitude and reliability)
