Job Summary

The Owner Loyalty Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their ownership journey. This position focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, increasing retention, and fostering brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Follow-Up: Regularly communicate with customers post-sale and post-service to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Loyalty Programs: Manage and promote loyalty programs, including service incentives and repeat buyer rewards.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between customers and the dealership to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Events: Organize customer appreciation events and initiatives to strengthen the dealership’s connection with its clientele.
  • Reporting: Track and report on customer satisfaction, retention metrics, and program success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, retention management, or a similar role (automotive experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to foster positive relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
