Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy internet/marketing manager to oversee our online presence and digital marketing efforts. This role involves managing the website, social media channels, motorcycle photography, and leading various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for motorcycles, a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to drive online engagement to enhance our dealership presence.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage and maintain the dealerships website, ensuring accurate and up to date information regarding inventory, promotions, and events.  

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website and increase online leads and sales, including email marketing, online advertising, and SEO optimization.  

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to showcase our motorcycles, events, and dealership culture, including video content, live streams, and interactive posts.  

  • Coordinate and conduct photoshoots of motorcycles, ensuring high-quality images for online marketing materials. Additionally, curate and edit video content for promotional purposes. + 

  • Implement and oversee marketing initiatives, including organizing events (Street Vibrations), contest, or partnerships aimed at enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.   

  • Monitor online customer inquiries, respond promptly, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the online customer experience, actively engaging with the online community.  

  • Analyze website and social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize engagement and conversation rates, reporting findings to management regularly.   

  • Collaborate with the management team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives, providing insights and recommendations for integrated marketing campaigns and promotions.  

  • Research and utilize customer demographic and purchase history data to tailor new lead generation and marketing strategies, maximizing audience engagement and sales opportunities.  

  • Investigate and suggest ways to leverage AI technology to streamline tasks, enhance efficiency, and drive additional sales withing the dealership.  

  • Create high-quality, compelling promotional materials, including flyers, newsletters, and video content for social media, highlighting promotions, events, Parts, apparel & Licensing, and Harley-Davidson motorcycles.   

  • Engage with the local Reno Harley-Davidson customers, serving as a brand ambassador by attending community events, Hog meetings, Bike Night @ PJ & co, and other networking opportunities.
