Fit Specialist – Motorcycle Sales

Job Summary
As a Fit Specialist, you will guide customers through the motorcycle buying experience, focusing on
building trust, understanding customer needs, and recommending the right bike for their lifestyle. You
will own the front-end sales process and act as a brand ambassador for Harley-Davidson.
Responsibilities
- Greet and professionally engage all showroom guests
- Perform thorough needs assessments to identify rider preferences
- Present and demonstrate Harley-Davidson motorcycles tailored to customer interests
- Secure test rides and credit applications
- Follow the full sales process from introduction to delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM entries using VinSolutions
- Make 30+ calls, 40+ texts, and 30+ emails per day
- Set and confirm a minimum of 3 appointments daily
- Submit end-of-day Fit Reports summarizing activity and results
- Stay current on training: Complete HDU certifications
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and culture
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required training provided
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required
Performance Metrics
- 50% Logged greet
- 25% Sit down
- 12.5% Write Up
- Daily Contact Goal: 100 touchpoints (calls, texts, emails)
