Vallejo CDJR is growing fast, and we’re seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team, maximize gross and volume, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Desk deals, structure transactions, and maximize profitability
- Drive dealership volume, gross profit, and CSI performance
- Manage and maintain CRM processes daily
- Ensure all leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity are properly worked and logged
- Work closely with finance and service to improve overall customer experience
- Train and hold sales staff accountable to CRM discipline and follow-up standards
- Build a winning, accountable, high-energy sales culture
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven automotive Sales Manager experience (CDJR experience preferred)
- Strong desking, closing, and deal-structuring skills
- Must be highly proficient with CRM systems
- Strong follow-up discipline and lead management execution
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and develop talent
- Competitive, driven, and results-oriented personality
- Excellent communication and customer-first attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
COMPENSATION:
- $75,000 – $150,000+ per year (based on performance)
- High earning potential for top performers
