What You'll Do:

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
• Build relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, financing options, and protection products
• Maintain knowledge of Kia products, promotions, and industry trends
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active customer pipeline
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Self-motivated with a desire to earn a high income
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
