Job Description: As a Sales Consultant at Kia of Vacaville, you will play a key role in assisting customers through their car-buying journey. Your Primary responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers o understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Providing in-depth product knowledge about Kia vehicles and assisting customer in choosing the right vehicle for their lifestyle.
- Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features and benefits.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow up.
- Staying informed about Kia products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Completing necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Requirements:
- Previous Sales Experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of automotive financing options.
- Valid driver license.
- Bilingual a plus
- Must be able to use smart phone and tablets
- Available to work flexible hours.
