Mazda of Vacaville has a RARE opening! We are searching for a talented and experienced Used Car Manager to join our team. We have the technology and tools to help you manage a successful and profitable used car department! This position will require someone with experience in acquiring vehicles, pricing inventory based on high turn velocity market, monitor lead source ROI, assist with desking and CRM management. The position does pay on total sales department gross with bonuses on Used Car department performance. The position is a hybrid sales manager/used car manager role. As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability and....
- Acquire used car inventory
- Price and monitor used cars based on high turn velocity sales
- Maintain a 60-day average turn
- Work with wholesale used cars
- Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
- Work and manage CRM with new and used car leads
- Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for salespeople
- Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for department sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Maintain compliance on inventory: buyers guide, prob 65 sticker, etc.
