What You'll Do
- Assist technicians by accurately identifying and supplying parts.
- Help retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and orders.
- Research parts using manufacturer catalogs and electronic lookup systems.
- Process special orders, returns, warranties, and core returns.
- Maintain accurate inventory and participate in cycle counts.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Promote accessories and related products when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.
- Work closely with the service department to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Previous dealership parts department experience preferred.
- Knowledge of OEM electronic parts catalogs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods standing and walking.

Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.
Additional incentive compensation may be available based on individual and departmental performance.
