- Driving daily unit production without sacrificing front-end gross
- Structuring and desking deals with a profit-first mindset
- Taking TOs and closing deals consistently—not occasionally
- Holding the team accountable to daily activity, appointments, and results
- Coaching salespeople to improve gross per unit and closing ratios
- Ensuring CRM discipline, lead follow-up, and showroom execution are tight
- Partnering with F&I to maximize total deal profitability
- You know your numbers daily (units, gross, closing %, appointments)
- You are active on the desk—not sitting in the tower watching deals go by
- You do not give away gross to chase volume
- You hold your team accountable—no excuses, no missed processes
- You lead from the front—your team sees you closing and structuring deals
- Proven track record of high performance in both volume and gross
- Strong desking and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a high-paced showroom and internet lead flow
- Ability to develop salespeople, not just work deals
- High sense of urgency and ownership
