What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive

  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs

  • Build repair orders with attention to detail and strong communication

  • Provide maintenance and repair recommendations with honesty and confidence

  • Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process

  • Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure efficient workflow

  • Follow up on declined services and future maintenance opportunities

  • Help maintain strong CSI and long-term customer retention

  • Keep appointments, write-ups, and repair orders moving with urgency and accuracy

  • Deliver a professional, organized, and high-energy service experience every day

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience is required

  • Strong understanding of service lane operations, maintenance schedules, and repair recommendations

  • Proven ability to build rapport and earn customer trust

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills

  • Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

  • Team-first attitude with a positive, professional presence

  • Experience with dealership systems and repair order processes is preferred

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Competitive compensation plan $17HR plus bonus and commission ranging from $3000-$8000 month.  Total pay range from $3000-$12,000 a month
