Sales Associate/ Internet Sales

With more customers starting their journey online, we’re looking for motivated, tech-savvy sales professionals to join our Internet Sales team. If you enjoy building relationships, working with digital leads, and closing deals, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads via phone, text, and email

• Guide online customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase

• Set and confirm appointments to maximize showroom traffic

• Provide detailed product knowledge and vehicle information tailored to customer needs

• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into sales

• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

• Stay informed on dealership promotions, manufacturer incentives, and inventory updates

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and appointment goals

Qualifications:

• Prior internet/BDC or automotive sales experience preferred, but not required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfort with CRM systems, email, and text communication

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized

• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
