Service BDC Representative – Vallejo CDJR

Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our busy Service Department! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy talking to people, and can manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining excellent customer service, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound service calls.

• Schedule service appointments and confirm customer details accurately.

• Greet and assist customers over the phone and in person with professionalism and care.

• Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, updates, and satisfaction.

• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a BDC, customer service, or call center environment preferred (automotive experience a plus!).

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

• Strong computer and typing skills.
