Job Summary:

Harley-Davidson of Yuba City is looking for an enthusiastic MotorClothes Sales Associate to join our team! As a MotorClothes Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding the perfect riding gear, apparel, and accessories while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and building relationships with customers.
• Guide customers in selecting the right riding gear, casual apparel, helmets, gloves, and other merchandise.
• Stay knowledgeable about Harley-Davidson brand products, trends, and safety gear to make recommendations.
• Maintain the showroom, ensuring merchandise is organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
• Assist in receiving, tagging, and restocking inventory.
• Promote current sales, special promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Support team members and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer and POS system skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods.
