Are you a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills? We're looking for a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team at our Harley-Davidson dealership.

Job Description:

As a Service BDC Agent, your main role will be to communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to schedule service appointments, follow up on recent visits, and provide top-tier customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our riders, so a friendly attitude and professional demeanor are key.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments

  • Answer inbound service inquiries with accuracy and efficiency

  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure scheduling accuracy

  • Maintain customer records and appointment logs in our CRM system

  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business

What Makes a Great BDC Agent:

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Friendly, confident phone presence

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Dependability and a team-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable with basic computer systems and CRM software

  • Experience in customer service, automotive or motorcycle dealership work is a plus (but not required)


Compensation structure:
  • Base plus bonus and/or commission
  • Benefits including health care, paid vacation and 401K with match
