BDC-Business Development Agent - Customer Service
Are you a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills? We're looking for a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team at our Harley-Davidson dealership.
Job Description:
As a Service BDC Agent, your main role will be to communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to schedule service appointments, follow up on recent visits, and provide top-tier customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our riders, so a friendly attitude and professional demeanor are key.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments
Answer inbound service inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure scheduling accuracy
Maintain customer records and appointment logs in our CRM system
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Dependability and a team-oriented mindset
Comfortable with basic computer systems and CRM software
Experience in customer service, automotive or motorcycle dealership work is a plus (but not required)
Compensation structure:
