Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will manage online leads, assist customers through the car-buying process, and provide exceptional support to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to internet sales leads, inquiries, and customer requests via email, phone, and text.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with online customers to drive sales.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient buying experience.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by effectively closing deals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online lead management tools.
- Knowledge of Nissan products and services is a plus, but not required.
