Job Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations for pre-owned vehicles based on their requirements and budget.
Vehicle Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our pre-owned inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively assist customers in their decision-making process.
Vehicle Presentation: Ensure pre-owned vehicles are accurately showcased to customers, including coordinating test drives and highlighting key selling points during vehicle presentations.
Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team to facilitate the sales process, including negotiating prices, completing paperwork, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering long-lasting relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
Automotive Knowledge: Previous experience in automotive sales or a strong passion for automobiles, with a solid understanding of pre-owned vehicle models, features, and market trends.
Sales Skills: Proven sales ability, with the confidence and expertise to guide customers through the purchasing process and close deals effectively.
