- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and meet customer needs by recommending suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and the latest automotive trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- High level of self-motivation and a strong drive for success
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
