What you'll do as a Service Advisor:
Work in a state of the art service department and act as the go-between for our Service Technicians and our customers.  In this position you'll be required to play a very active role in the service drive, greet customers, and document any customer concerns and also convey any recommendations from our technicians while providing world-class customer service. 
You will be required to set, confirm, an prepare for appointments, meet or exceed targeted sales goals, and customer satisfaction index requirements. 
Produce repair orders, including cost and time estimates with full transparency and an ethical approach. 

Job requirements include: 
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals (prior sales experience preferred) 
Demonstrate superior communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
The experience and desire to work with the latest technology
Valid driver's license with clean driving record (MVR)
