Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in securing financing and leasing options that meet their needs and budgets.
• Present and sell financial products, extended warranties, and other insurance products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to ensure competitive financing options for customers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations throughout the entire financing process.
• Review and manage finance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the management of the financial performance of the department, including profit margins, product penetration, and revenue targets.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on finance and leasing options.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any financial issues or concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and insurance products.
• Familiarity with lender guidelines, credit applications, and contract processing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems is preferred.
